DESCRIPTION
As part of the regeneration of the east end of Glasgow this landmark development recreated local housing with modern style.
Historically this site included traditional four storey tenement properties with an inner communal back court area. However in recent times most of the buildings had been demolished or reduced in height. The majority of the site was derelict.
The new development recreates the theme of flatted properties surrounding a communal recreational space. The development has two tower structures that include commercial units at ground level.
